Return Policy


Exchange and return policy:




First: Nagwa Precious Metals Company is proud of its customers’ trust and is keen for its customers to shop from its stores with complete comfort and reassurance.


Second: The following is the exchange and return policy adopted in our stores:


A- Public policies:


1- Request an exchange or return of the value of the purchased products within a maximum of three days from the date of purchase or receipt.


2- The request for exchange or return shall be submitted to the email [email protected] indicating the invoice number and information about the product to be replaced or returned. The customer will be contacted within 48 working hours of receiving the email to arrange the exchange or return process.


3- The purchase invoice will be attached to any exchange or return process.


4- Purchases paid with vouchers or credit cards cannot be returned in cash.


5- Purchases of offers or discounts can only be redeemed during the period specified in (1)


6- Delivery fees, payment fees, and gift wrapping fees are not refundable in any case.


7- The customer will bear all shipping costs incurred for the exchange or return, and they will be determined and the customer will be notified of them after receiving the exchange or return request.


8- Loyalty points are not refundable, whether they are part or all of the value paid, and only the value paid is returned in cash or by means of payment.


B- Perfumes, incense sticks, oud oil, blends, and radiance products:


1- The purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in good condition, not opened or used, in their original packaging and in the same original condition with stickers and price stickers upon purchase or receipt.


2- It is required that the gifts be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, which the customer received with the purchases to be exchanged or returned.


3- According to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce: Mixtures, oil perfumes, incense sticks, and products that are not packaged or do not have a safety closure cannot be exchanged or returned in order to preserve public health and safety.


T- Watches, jewelry, gifts and precious accessories:


1- The purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in their original condition, as they were at the time of purchase, along with bringing the original box, all accessories and booklets inside it, and the warranty card (when received with the product). Also, keep the stickers and price stickers upon purchase or receipt.


2- Gifts must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, which the customer obtained with the product to be replaced or returned.


3- According to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce: Accessories and jewelry are not included in the exchange and return policy in order to preserve the public health of everyone.


4- There may be a slight difference in color due to the screen resolution, the type of camera used to photograph the products, and the nature of the lighting. Unless the order reaches you in a completely different color, it cannot be returned. The adjustment is only made one hour after ordering, and after an hour has passed from the order, adjustment cannot be made.


5- When there are manufacturing defects in the product, the following procedures are followed:


- Warranty services are not provided when the product is misused, if there are breakages and strikes, or when the product is exposed to external factors such as liquids, high temperature, humidity, repair attempts, or the use of spare parts from unapproved parties.


- A report is prepared by the authorized maintenance agent, and then the product is repaired.


- When repair is not possible, it will be replaced with another product at the same or higher price, paying the difference and calculating the fair use value according to the provisions stipulated by the Ministry of Commerce.
