أولاً: المبدأ العام

الأصل في جميع مشتريات شركة أنفاس العود هو عدم الاسترجاع بعد إتمام عملية الشراء وتسليم المنتج للعميل، ويُسمح بالاستبدال فقط وفق الشروط والضوابط الموضحة أدناه.

General Principle:

All purchases made from Anfas Al Oud are non-refundable after completion of sale and delivery. Exchange is allowed only under the conditions stated below.

ثانياً: العطور، المخلطات، دهن العود وعود البخور

لا تشمل هذه المنتجات سياسة الاسترجاع مطلقاً بعد البيع، ويُسمح بالاستبدال فقط خلال 3 أيام بشرط أن تكون غير مفتوحة وغير مستخدمة وبحالتهـا الأصلية.

Perfumes, Blends, Oud Oils & Incense:

These products are non-refundable. Exchange is allowed within 3 days only if unused, unopened and in original condition.

ثالثاً: السبح، الأحجار الكريمة، التحف المكتبية والمنتجات التراثية

لا تشمل هذه المنتجات سياسة الاسترجاع، ويُسمح بالاستبدال فقط خلال 3 أيام في حال كانت سليمة وغير مستخدمة وغير مخصصة.

Misbahas, Gemstones, Decorative & Heritage Items:

These products are non-refundable. Exchange is allowed within 3 days if unused and in original condition.

رابعاً: الزعفران

لا يمكن استرجاع الزعفران بعد فتح العبوة، ويُسمح بالاستبدال فقط إذا كانت مختومة وسليمة.

Saffron:

Non-refundable once opened. Exchange is allowed only if sealed and intact.

خامساً: الحالات المستثناة

يسمح بالاستبدال في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو عدم مطابقة للمواصفات.

Legal Exceptions:

Exchange is permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity.
